The Nave Bild platform offers solutions that facilitate communication between developers, construction companies, and clients from the moment of sale through to post-construction. The system includes a specific module for managing contracts post-sale, enabling the legal team to work more quickly and in an integrated manner.

The problem

The legal team faced difficulties in managing contracts and amendments due to ineffective communication channels like phone and email, resulting in slow and disorganized processes. The lack of operational integration and automation made it challenging to efficiently monitor processes and validate documents.

The solution

Based on detailed user research, we created new workflows that allowed the legal department to produce and edit contracts and amendments quickly using keywords. The solution also integrated the validation of edited contracts by the sales team, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process. The solution was designed to be scalable and sustainable, meeting the growing demands of the sector.

My role

In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including Product Owners and developers, I led the benchmarking and MVP structuring alongside the PO and tech lead. I ensured the project's feasibility, efficiently managing the schedule to the final prototype. I developed wireframes and interactive prototypes, as well as conducted usability tests to ensure an intuitive and effective interface.

In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including Product Owners and developers, I led the benchmarking and MVP structuring alongside the PO and tech lead. Frequent collaborations with developers ensured technical feasibility and allowed for iterative adjustments during development. Within a month, we designed and validated the prototype with end-users, ensuring a market-aligned and user-centered solution.
