The problem

One of the challenges the startup faced while growing was the expansion into creating in-person events with seat reservations. This transition brought significant complexity to the business, requiring a robust system that could manage ticket sales and seat reservations in an intuitive and efficient manner.

The solution

We developed a new workflow integrating an API to facilitate seat reservations. The intuitive interface allows users to navigate, select seats, and complete the purchase with confidence. Additionally, we created workflows for info product creators to set up events and for administrators to control available options.

My role

In collaboration with Albertine, we conducted benchmarking and structured the MVP together with the PO and the tech lead. We ensured the project's feasibility, with efficient time management up to the final prototype, with versions for WEB and MOBILE, aligned with market needs and user-centered.

How I achieved this result?

In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including Product Owners and developers, we operated under agile methodologies to deliver results within a one-month timeframe. We started with a precise definition of the problem and scope, followed by the design and refinement of key workflows. Continuous collaboration with developers ensured technical feasibility and allowed for iterative adjustments during development. The prototype was validated by the client before proceeding to the implementation phase.
