During my time at Nave Bild as a Product Designer, I developed and optimized complex workflows for brokers, especially in the Legal, Post-Construction - Technical Assistance (TA), and Preventive Maintenance (PM) areas. I implemented user-retention-focused workflows based on research. I documented and validated hypotheses through user interviews, consistently aligning with stakeholders.
